My name is Rida Benhaddou. I'm happy and lucky to come across this website that can bring us together brothers and sisters, in our home land or overseas. It does not matter because our hearts are with each other, and with our beloved land. there is no such place as our land, and the soil there owns us all. Brothers and sisters, my father's name is Benhaddou, and my mother's tagmouti. but neither of them speaks the language of my people. Their Grand fathers migrated to the cities hundreds years ago. My question brothers and sisters is; is there any way I can learn Tamazight? I willing to buy whatever books to be able to learn Tamazight? so please if you have any suggestions let me know

I agree with Amsbrid about spending some times in your contry, in way to learn Tamazight.
Cause you'll have to comunicate with our people, and this way learn Tamazight.
I think that it should be more interesting if you go to the contryside, instead of big town(where you'll not have to speak tamazight to be understand, coz many of them speak other language as french or english).

My advise is also to listen music from Tamazight and ask for traduction, this way you'll notice some words.In our website you can see a dictionnary

After that I think there're grammatical books, but I just know French Title so you can search on the web in google "book+tamazight+learn"or"berberian language"

Maybe you can also find some association learning our language, but tell us, where do you come from?
